Cashew Villa

The Villa is very comfortable, with two bedrooms, on the lower floor is the second bedroom with en-suite facilities. On the main floor is the master bedroom which has an antique four poster bed, again with, en-suite facilities.

This bedroom has direct access to the balcony and the views of the Gros & Petit Pitons, via glass panel, french doors.

Through the bathroom you gain access to the living room and kitchen. The living room has very large glass sliding panels so that the room can be an indoor/outdoor living space. On the balcony is a seating area and a dining area. The furniture has a uniquely rustic air. The balcony leads out directly onto the pool deck, and from the front door to the front deck and car park.

Internet via DSL, Cat 5 or USB now available in the Main Villa, hopefully wireless soon throughout the property.

The Apartment

This is a one bedroom (sleeps 2) fully found apartment below the main villa. It is reached via the pool deck with steps down to the balcony of the apartment.

The balcony is roofed & acts as your living and dining space, at the end of the balcony is the kitchen, to the rear of the balcony is the bedroom and bathroom. The balcony has a pair of easy chairs, table and dining chairs. The kitchen is well outfitted with a cooker that has four gas burners and an oven, microwave, toaster, and full sized fridge. The bedroom has two single beds which are normally made up as an out size queen.

There is a large closet with safe, a CD/Radio is also included.

The bathroom has a louvred window that when open offers fantastic views of the Pitons whilst showering.

The apartment is compact but has everything that is needed. There is easy access to the pool and pool deck where there are easy chairs and sun lounger. The pool is solar heated and so is useable all year round.

The pool/pool deck is shared with the other guest who may be in residence
